ABOUT FIONA
Fiona is a Communication Coach with over twenty years experience in the events industry, fifteen of those specifically in business networking, Fiona changed the face of networking in the East Midlands back in 2008 through the launch of her Business Network RSViP, paving the way for a more accepted relaxed and social style of networking.
Since then, she has been sharing her expansive knowledge through her hybrid support model of coaching, consultancy and training, by facilitating 121 and group sessions, as well as her popular university endorsed, highly engaging interactive workshops, both online and in the room, to both the business world and through working closely with universities across the East Midlands.

Do not fear- creativity does not come naturally to everyone, but believe it or not you can encourage creativity and the spark of new ideas through certain purpose driven tools and techniques.
Integrating time for idea generation into your working week will without a doubt encourage your business to grow and flourish.

MY HYBRID SUPPORT MODEL
Delivered through interactive workshops/121 or facilitated group sessions both on or offline.
My hybrid model of Coaching, Consultancy and Training offers all the necessary elements to provide flexibility within our sessions, allowing for a free flow of discussion which offers support, understanding, thought provoking questioning and the sharing of knowledge and expertise.
Coaching- This will be the thread that runs through each of our sessions and where relevant I will bring into play coaching tools and techniques to guide our time together. I am here to listen to your needs, concerns and ideas, ask thought provoking questions and encourage and empower YOU to make the right decisions for YOURSELF.
Consultancy - Through the sharing of knowledge and experience-This is where we will work together to come up with solutions, make actionable plans and set achievable goals through various frameworks, tools and techniques (some exclusive to me) I can’t wait to share with you.
Training- Where relevant I will teach you how to turn theories into practice, through interactive and practical exercises, with view to increasing your skills in those chosen areas.
